Overview
After having read this document you will understand how we plan on making your visit to the centre as safe as possible. You will also understand the procedures that are in place to be followed during your visit.
Your safety
You must not hire the arena alone as we are not on hand should you require assistance. You must bring someone with you who complies with the government guidance and is able to assist you. We strongly advise you to check fence distances before you ride as we can not be responsible for people failing to return them at the end of their session.
Before you leave to visit the centre
It goes without saying that you and the other member of your party should be healthy and not exhibiting any signs of COVID-19.
Leave in time to arrive as per our schedule below.
Make sure you have sufficient supplies of hand washing / sanitising equipment with you.
Limited Services & Spaces
Please strictly limit yourself to the car park and the arena you have hired. The toilet facilities are not for public use. Do not enter any other part of the site. Do not touch our equipment save for the jumps if you wish to alter the height. You may not move the jumps around save to alter distances to suit - which must be returned at the end of the session along with the fences back to the default 80cms height.
Arrival
- Arrive no more than 30 minutes before your allotted time
- Park in the Lorry Park and not less than 10m from the nearest vehicle
- All sessions are 45 minutes long to allow 15 minutes time to exit safely and return the arena to previous condition.
- At your time enter the arena. Do not enter before hand
Departure
- Place your horse on the lorry and leave within 45 minutes of the end of your session
- At no time should you tie your horse to the side of the lorry
- At no time should you use our equipment to skip your lorry out
