In light of the time scales which people now enter dressage shows, and the need to properly schedule helpers and judges, we have decided to implement a late entry surcharge in lieu of increasing entry fees.
This will apply to all dressage competitions from1st July 2019 and take the following format.
Entries within 13 days of the show (i.e 1 day after official close of entries) will have a £1.50 surcharge applied.
Entires within 5 days of the show will have a £3.00 surcharge applied.
We reserve the right to amend both the level of the fees and the days prior to the show in order to fulfil the primary goal - more entries within a reasonable period of time prior to the show date.
We have taken the decision to implement this system in 2019 rather than increase our entry fees - which have remained the same since 2017.
We will NOT implement a booking fee charge as is common amongst practically all other venues.
If you enter more than 13 days prior to a dressage event you will still be paying the same as in 2017 - which we think is exceptionally fair.
